Short tour
Jeff, Chuck, and I took a little tour of the 9th ward area of New Orleans the morning before the Sugar Bowl. We wanted to see what the area looked like now after a few years have passed since Katrina hit. Jeff had been sent down on assignment during all the flooding and so he also wanted to see it now. Here are a few images of what caught my eye as we drove around.

New Years
If you are into people watching, well New Years on Bourbon street is the place for you.
We took a walk around last night and decided we'd had enough of the noise, yah I know that makes me sound old but oh well. We went back to the hotel and watched the fire works from our room, I called the love of my life and said goodnight to my oldest daughter who was still awake and went to bed.
Oh, I had Arby's for dinner also.
