BYU vs Utah Basketball

BYU and Utah Played tonight we all thought that Jimmer Fredette would go off again, but not tonight.
Jimmer only had 23 points, he was so off his game or at least the type of game that he has been known for.
The rest of the team had to play tonight.
Even CJ Miles and Deron Williams from the Utah Jazz came to watch.
Deron had his young son with him and it looks like the little guy likes M&Ms.

Kiplyn Davis

16 years ago she went missing, and for all that time her family has searched the mountains near their home for any clue as to where she might be.
Timmy Brent Olsen knew what happened to her but refused to cooperate with Police to really lead them to her body. Finally a few days ago he plead guilty to manslaughter and has admitted to having knowledge of her death.
For Kiplyn's family this is some sort of relief in the case.

Jerry Sloan resignation

Jerry Sloan and his long time Assistant Phil Johnson resigned on Thursday they said that they just didn't have the energy to continue, I don't know but I don't know how you could do that job for so long and not get burned out. I can't seem to get use to saying Tyrone Corbin Utah Jazz Head Coach, but I guess that's what people might have thought when Jerry took over for Frank Layden.

Auto Pedestrian accident

This is the aftermath of an accident where two young kids under the age of ten ran across four lanes of traffic and were hit. I really hate having to watch this kind of thing.

This is a touching photo of a little girl concerned about her mom's feelings reaching up to touch her face as she cries during testimony in a State Legislature Committee hearing on a bill that would allow unmarried cohabitants to adopt a child under certain conditions.
I really liked the emotion in the photo.

New TRAX train cars

Yep, I cover more than sports assignments. I got to shoot some photos of the new TRAX trains being tested. Isn't it just awesome?

Seniors vs Fire department

Some days we get assignments that are just fun. I got to go cover a local assisted living center vs the Fire department in a Wii Bowling tournament. The seniors won.
