Jordan vs Pleasant Grove.

This Championship had to be played in two games.
Pleasant Grove had to win the first game to stay alive and did it forcing a second and deciding game.

Job Shadow

Today was a great day for me, my oldest daughter shadowed me at work.
She is such a cool young lady, and she, it seems is getting to be a pretty good little photographer.

Traditions

Each year, Salt Lake City holds what is known as the Living Traditions Festival, this year I was rushed for time so I couldn't spend as much time as I'd like, but here are a few images.

Sharing of Music

Ruth Eldredge, is a former BYU student who now works as the organist for St Mary's Episcopal church in Provo Utah.
She also invites current students to share their musical talents with the congregation from time to time.

I spent a Sunday service with her making photos of her at work.

Drowning

I had to go cover a drowning in the Black ridge reservoir in Herriman. These are some of the hardest things we have to be witness to. A 19 year old young man and a friend were evidently trying to swim across the reservoir, when he got into trouble.
These photos are of his family reacting to the news of his death.
My heart goes out to this family. Rest in peace!
