ATK Rocket motor test

I've wanted to shoot one of these for years, and when I found out that this is most likely the last one for the Shuttle program I had to go. You just can't imagine the power these things have, it is incredible.
Jeff Allred and I went, Jeff shot video and I did the stills. I also shot some video with my little HD cam I may post a small portion of that later. Here are a few photos from the day.

Sparks

I was sitting in out office this afternoon and saw this guy working on a new construction project in Salt Lake City. I thought the sparks looked cool as they shot all over the place.
